First-order phase transition in nanotubular titanium dioxide

چکیده
Titanium dioxide (TiO 2 ) nanotubes array with the length of 16 μm and outer diameter 100 nm were synthesized by anodic oxidation titanium foil in an electrolyte solution containing a fluorine-containing ethylene glycol. The selected synthesis conditions make it possible to separate nanotubular from study as homogeneous functional material. performed scanning electron microscopy Brunauer--Emmett--Teller analysis allowed get data on morphology samples. X-ray diffraction, thermogravimetric, differential calorimetry made determine temperature phase transition amorphous state into crystalline anatase (sp.gr. I4/amd).
